For car service centres
Car service centre software for the multi-brand floor.
Bookings that land straight on the floor, a job card per car from a photo, service-due reminders drafted for WhatsApp, and GST billing from the same record — for the independent service centre that sees every badge in a week.
An independent car service centre lives on repeat business. The same Swift comes back every six months, the same Creta every ten thousand kilometres, and the whole floor depends on remembering who is due, what was done last time, and what was promised. A register remembers none of it once the page turns; a WhatsApp group remembers it somewhere in ten thousand messages.
Kenro keeps every customer and car with its full service history, so the next visit starts with the last one already on screen. Bookings land directly on the floor. Each car gets a job card from a photo and a walkaround video, moves stage by stage across the bay board, and is billed from the same card — a GST invoice or a Bill of Supply. When the next service falls due, the reminder is drafted for you; you check it and tap send.
For the floors that need it, the mechanical module adds the full inspection sheet, and the bodyshop module adds paint codes and refinish stages — inside the same system, not a second app.

Kenro was built inside a working Delhi auto studio — refined on a real floor with real cars, real technicians and real GST bills, long before it was ever sold. Every screen you see here is how that floor runs today.
Live in a Delhi NCR workshop, every day — Not a pilot. Real job cards, real invoices, every working day.
Questions owners ask
Before you message us.
We service every brand. Does the software care?
No. Every customer and car has its own record with make, model and full service history, and the work comes from your own catalogue at your own prices. Multi-brand is the normal case, not a special mode.
How do service-due reminders work?
Follow-ups and service-due reminders are tracked per customer and vehicle. When one falls due, the WhatsApp message is drafted for you — you read it and tap send. Nothing is sent without you.
Can customers book online?
Yes. You get a public booking page on your own link, and bookings made there land straight on the floor as jobs.
We also do mechanical repair and some denting and painting. Is that separate software?
No. The mechanical module (full inspection sheets) and the bodyshop module (OEM paint codes, mixing formulas, refinish stages) are optional modules inside the same system, added when your floor runs them.
How do we track attendance and salaries for the technicians?
Every staff member has a record; attendance is marked without a register, and salaries and advances are tracked to the rupee. Who can see what is set per person.
