For the job card

Job card software built from photos, approved on the customer's phone.

Intake by photo and walkaround video, a quote the customer approves from WhatsApp, every stage on the bay board, and the invoice raised from the same card — one record per vehicle from arrival to hand-back.

The job card is the one document a workshop cannot run without, and the one that suffers most on paper. It gets written in a hurry, the damage marks are a sketch, the customer's approval is a nod, and by the time the car is on the ramp the card is in a drawer where nobody on the floor can see it.

In Kenro the job card starts with the phone camera. Photos and a walkaround video at intake put the vehicle's condition on record before work starts. The quote goes to the customer on WhatsApp and is approved from their phone, so there is a timestamp instead of a nod. The card then moves stage by stage across the bay board — every vehicle, every stage, one glance — and when the work is done the invoice is raised from the same card.

Because every job card belongs to a vehicle, the vehicle's full service history builds itself. The next visit starts with everything you did last time already in front of you.

Kenro was built inside a working Delhi auto studio — refined on a real floor with real cars, real technicians and real GST bills, long before it was ever sold. Every screen you see here is how that floor runs today.

Live in a Delhi NCR workshop, every day — Not a pilot. Real job cards, real invoices, every working day.

Questions owners ask

Before you message us.

What is on a Kenro job card?

The customer and vehicle, intake photos and walkaround video, the quoted work and parts from your own catalogue, the customer's approval, the current stage, payments taken, and the invoice — one record from arrival to hand-back.

How does the customer approve the work?

The quote is sent to them on WhatsApp and they approve it from their phone. The approval is recorded on the job card with a timestamp.

Do my technicians need a computer?

No. The floor runs on the phones your staff already have; the owner usually watches the desktop. No new hardware.

Are the WhatsApp updates automatic?

No, and that is deliberate. When a vehicle moves stage, the update is drafted for you — you read it and tap send. Your customer only ever hears from you.

Can the customer see progress without messaging me?

Yes. Every job has a live tracking link under your logo, and a customer portal that carries your brand, not ours.
