For two-wheeler workshops

Two-wheeler workshop software for the bike and scooter floor.

Every scooter and bike on its own job card with photos, a GST invoice or Bill of Supply in a tap, WhatsApp updates drafted for you and a udhaar ledger for the regulars — the same system car workshops run, running on a two-wheeler floor today.

A two-wheeler floor moves faster than a car floor. Twenty jobs a day, half of them under an hour, most of them regulars who pay some now and some later. A paper register keeps up until the first busy Saturday; a WhatsApp group keeps up until the second. What breaks is not the work — it is knowing, at four in the afternoon, which bikes are done, which are waiting on a part, and who still owes for last week's service.

Kenro gives every scooter and bike its own record — registration, make, model and type — and every visit its own job card, opened from a photo in seconds. The bay board shows the whole floor on one screen. Billing is one tap: a GST invoice where GST applies, a Bill of Supply where it doesn't. Part-payments and balances stay attached to the customer, not to a memory.

It is the same system Indian car workshops run, built on a working Delhi floor first. Nothing here is a bike-only edition — it is the full product, and a two-wheeler workshop runs on it every day.

Questions owners ask

Before you message us.

Is Kenro only for car workshops?

It was built on a car floor, and a two-wheeler workshop runs on it today. A vehicle record carries a type — bike or car — alongside its registration, make and model, and every job card, invoice, payment and reminder works the same way for a scooter as for an SUV.

Most of our jobs take under an hour. Is a job card too much for that?

A job card opens from a photo of the bike, so it takes seconds, not minutes. For a quick service you open it, add the work from your own catalogue, and bill from the same screen. The record is what you get for those seconds — the next time that bike comes in, its whole history is already there.

We are not GST-registered for every job. Can it bill without GST?

Yes. Kenro raises a GST invoice where GST applies and a Bill of Supply where it doesn't, from the same job card.

Can it remind customers when a service is due?

Yes. Follow-ups and service-due reminders are tracked per customer and vehicle, and the WhatsApp message is drafted for you — you check it and tap send. Nothing goes out without you.

What about oil, brake pads and other consumables?

Stock levels are tracked with low-stock alerts, so you find out a part is running out before the customer does.
